1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products sold by Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Information
Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits specializes in dehydrated fruit products prepared for retail, wholesale, and custom orders. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, natural variations in color, texture, size, and taste may occur due to the nature of fruit products.
Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle allergens including nuts, coconut, and other food products.

3. Orders & Payments

• Full payment or approved deposit is required before order processing begins.

• Prices are listed in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) unless otherwise stated.

• Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

• Custom, wholesale, or bulk orders may require additional production time and separate payment terms.

• Approved Digital Wallets
   

4. Processing & Delivery

• Processing times vary depending on order size and product availability.

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

• Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect customer information.
   

5. Storage & Product Care
For best quality:

• Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Reseal packaging after opening.

• Consume products before the stated expiration date.

Improper storage after delivery may affect freshness and product quality, for which Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits is not responsible.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products:

• Returns are generally not accepted.

• Refunds or replacements may only be considered for incorrect, damaged, or defective orders reported within 24 hours of receipt.

• Proof of purchase and supporting photos may be required.

Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits reserves the right to assess all claims before issuing replacements or refunds.

7. Wholesale & Resale
Wholesale customers and resellers may not alter, relabel, or redistribute products under another brand name without written approval from Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits.

8. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, product names, packaging designs, marketing materials, and content associated with Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits shall not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities

• Improper storage after delivery

• Delays outside of company control

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to consumption.

10. Privacy
Customer information collected for orders, deliveries, or inquiries will be used solely for business operations and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas.

12. Amendments
Island Dry Dehydrated Fruits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services or purchases constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
